Would you want everyone to control their own score?

I’m working on Live Sessions for my iOS scorekeeping app, ScorePaper.
Right now, one person controls the scores and everyone else can join and follow along live.
Would you prefer:
A) Host controls everything
B) Everyone can update their own score
C) Let the host choose
I’m leaning toward C. What would work best for your game nights?
