I recently ordered a plushie that was quite expensive. I always do Doorzo Air which is ECMS and haven't had any issues yet, but I want to see if I should bite the bullet and pay for FedEx. I heard DHL is a massive no go with the new shipping policies. Has anyone had any issues? Also, anyone order plushies recently and if so what shipping did you use?
So I'm trying to consolidate my order and have it sent out. But for some reason I keep getting the message that there aren't any shipping options available. Most of my order is just plushies and acrylic stands. I'm located in the US. But I've never had this issue before unless there was something that was changed? I've already submitted a ticket with customer service but they're asking for an order ID when i'm trying to consolidate 6 items.
I wanted to ask if there was anyone else who was having this problem for shipping in the US.

Basically title. Shipping is turning out to be a lot more expensive than I thought, especially considering I didn't really buy any big items (1 figure, 2 books, the rest is small trinkets). This is before consolidation so should I expect a partial refund after items have been consolidated? And similarly, is it better to remove seller packaging for consolidation? Final question (UK based if that changes things) should I expect to be paying tax separately or is that included in shipping costs?

I have this Agnes Tachyon plushie pre ordered which it says it should have been for mid July, but it's mid August now and there's still no signs of arrival. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do but I do really want the pre order since it's a gift
hello! it's my first time using a shipping proxy / shopping platform from abroad so i was quite inexperienced in every aspect that comes with international buying and shipping. just recently learn that my package of five figures (lot sale) and a music cd that i had paid the shipping for about 18 days ago has actually been stuck at customs in MANILA since 7/27 because it needed proof of payment. does this happen to everybody? i presented them the lengthy details they asked for (total value of everything is like 3k excluding shipping) but they haven't responded for 3 days since having said they'd "come back" to me. i used japan post airmail too so they (boc) asked assistance from naia and boc cmec regarding the information i gave. i'm just really worried about damage to my figures or outright theft, huhu. has anyone ever faced this issue? what do i do? will my things be delivered safely and without damage to me?
Hello! I recently bought a dress and necklace and trying to do shipping today, but the shipping is almost 300 dollars and I’m really confused because the items are really small. The shipping is the same price as my huge box of rilakkuma dishware that I bought.
bought one figure (1/7 scale) and when I went to pick the shipping options the only ones available were air. Is it because it's a small package (dimensions: 18360cm³, weight: 1106g)? Surface shipping is available according to the Japan Post website so I'm not sure why it's not an option on doorzo
