Hail Magi! Morgiana and the gang is in the house!
i want to ship 15 items ASAP and i live in the US and dont know what shipping carrier i should use!
with the paid storage fees, each shipping method is roughly:
Doorzo Priority: $180
DHL: $270
FedEx: $258
i was considering using doorzo priority because of the price, but i’m now second guessing because of the complaints i am seeing. id really like to use the cheapest option, but would that even be safe?
So earlier today I woke up to find all my items finally at the doorzo warehouse, which prompted me to immediately pay for doorzo air shipping and consolidation cuz of the excitement. Which might’ve not been the best idea since I later found out that one of the items happened to be tagged as “air shipping prohibited“. So I then panicked and immediately sent a customer ticket to doorzo. But now I’m just really worried because the thing is, I’ve already payed for air shipping and consolidation so who knows if they’ll actually lift the ban? And plus I’ve heard my fair share of horror stories from doorzo customer service.
For reference, it’s just a regular unopened figure from lashinbang.
update: customer service responded telling me to wait until the international shipping option came up, which I don’t understand since I’ve already payed for international shipping.. it’s not letting me put a picture for some reason so I’ll just copy and paste what they said:
“Please wait until the order status changes to "Select International Shipping", then clicking "Apply for lifting air restriction" on the logistics selection page to request the restoration of air shipping or confirmation of batteries.
If you wish to consolidate orders for air shipping, you can apply for air restriction lifting on the consolidation application page with multiple orders together.
After applying, wait until air shipping options become available before requesting consolidation.
Your request will be reviewed within 4-48 hours.
Thank you for your patience.“
ive sent them a reply so ill update u guys on how that goes
GOOD NEWS!!! so doorzo just replied saying: “Dear Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry.
If you are able to select air freight, it means that the item is not prohibited for air shipping.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.”
so I was just worried for nothing lmao
There is customer ticket section, but no way to open a new ticket.
Hi! I placed an order on doorzo very recently, but then immediately realized that I'm going on a two week trip out of town in a few days (I'm stupid I know). This has me worried.
Will I need to sign the package? It's a relatively small and light package of only three items that only cost me 17 euro, so usually I would assume not, but I don't know in this situation.
Beyond that, what is the shipping time and is there a way to stall it out a bit? I would prefer it not to lie on my front porch for days.
The package hasn't arrived to the Japan warehouse yet, so I haven't selected a shipping method yet. Could I potentially keep it in the warehouse for a few days, or select a shipping method that would take longer?
I live in a populated area of western Europe, in a town right beside a major city for context.
Should I just try to cancel my order and re-do later... All my items are second hand so I feel bad for the seller...
Just, any insight into the time frame would be useful.
I have heard a lot from every shipping opinion that I’m given and I just want to know which one I should use
(shipping to US for context)
Hi. Has anyone tried to ship a PSA graded card to the Philippines? Around how much did you pay for sending only one slab? I am checking the shipping calculator and it seems that the prices are all the same whether is less than 100g to less than 300g? Not sure if this is accurate.
Thanks!
