Anyone living in Hayat boulevard building and struggling with sewage/foul smell in the apartment? I’ve been living here for 5 years and still can’t find a solution. I had countless maintenance visit, I complained many times but no one seems to have a solution not even Nshama itself. I’m pretty sure the issue is from the building and not my apartment, but Nshama keeps repeating that it’s from my apartment. If anyone has the same issue please let me know.

I need your suggestion or advise if someone face same issue with security.

We are couple staying in 1 bhk in discovery garden and till March I had some one to share home with us . And due to some issues that person had to leave . So I was looking for some one person to share home due to current situation.

I got some one to share but security saying need to take permission and all them only can get in . If so then how people are moving and staying .!!! All are not fortunate to have their own flats . How it’s possible . I know in my circle where people are moving without any issues . And everyday people are coming and leaving .

In 1 bhk we are only two people staying since many years and if some one stay then max 3 people even not over crowded . Or not any business . Any one face issues with security or any same issues .

Please suggest .

Hey guys I need help, landlord gave me a court notice for 1 year from the court to vacate the property citing he wants to sell. I vacated july of last year and by august, the room already had decorations and water bottles outside of it but nothing on property monitor. In January this year they sent me an email that they intend to bring the unit back to the market if I would be interested. I did not reply. Then i checked property monitor again and they backdated the contract date to August when the new tenant initially moved in and the rent was increased. Do I have a case. I have all the relevant documents that'd be needed and pictures from the room at the time it was rented.

Need an arabic lawyer if possible as the owner and the agents working for him are very connected. When i went to RDC to get more information, the attendant quickly recognised the Real estate agency and called the owner on a first name basis.
