I needed a project to motivate me, so I decided to dig up some old King of the Roads and see how much of the book I could get through. It was pretty fun looking for spots, and forced me to do a lot of different kinda of skating. I started with the 2011 KOTR; what I remember from this season is mostly Guy Mariano smashing everything for Lakai. Here’s Day 1. More to come!

Tried to mix gritty west coast skate video energy with a more cinematic look — heavy inspiration from old skate DVDs, VX1000 tapes, Vegas/casino visuals, and modern street edits.
This one uses clips from both Season 2 and Season 3 while trying to keep the whole thing feeling cohesive visually.
