I am a bit confused

Hello everyone! So, I am have purchased two Harvard courses (total is approx. 600 USD) and I am confused whether I will be provided with a certificate or not, cuz I am getting something like (I have attached below). Can someone please clear the doubt?

(help) I keep getting signed out of my edX account whenever i go to explore new courses sections

any solutions for this?

i login my account, go to explore some courses and then it automatically gets signed out and im sent back to login page again
