First egg cleanse, need guidance and interpretation 🥚

Today, I did an egg cleanse ritual for the first time. To be honest, I did this very spontaneously—I’ve heard about it many times before, but today I stumbled on a creator doing it and, out of the blue, decided to try it. Truthfully, I have a lukewarm relationship with this area. I did some rituals in the past when I was a kid (13–14 years old)—they were very random, and I bore the fruits of that ignorance, too. Since then, although I am interested and a believer, I am always afraid to do something by myself. So today, I had a small panic attack before doing it, but I still decided to go for it.
I rubbed the egg all over my body, said an incantation ("may this egg take all the negative energy from me"), and cracked it into a jar filled with room-temperature water. I didn't look at it from the top! I put the lid on instantly. To be honest, when I cracked it, a few drops of egg white spilled onto my table, but I cleaned it up with a tissue, disposed of it in the toilet, and washed my hands.
After that, I put the jar on the top shelf and left it for 15–20 minutes.
When I look at it, I don’t feel anything serious or external. Looking at the big bubble next to the yolk, the word “twin” comes to mind, like it’s the twin of the yolk. I feel that if there is anything negative, it’s mostly caused by my overthinking or the stress that is bottled up inside me. But I might be biased because I already tried to look up information on what this type of bubble might mean. The only thing that I feel might be external (like other people or the evil eye) are the strings I see at the top of the jar.
