Just got home from some of the worst organisation possible, waited for box office tickets for 8 and a half hours only to get to the front and be told it was sold out. this is after being counted multiple times by staff and the area barricaded and being reassured countless times by staff that all the same amount of people in previous days were given tickets.

The O2’s organisation was terrible, will never follow advice from others or staff again.

I’m going to the September 1st show at the O2 and I really want to get the Eternal Sunshine Deluxe lenticular tour exclusive vinyl.

I’ve seen people saying that this specific vinyl can sell out pretty quickly, so I’m trying to figure out the best way to get one.

For anyone who attended any of the first London shows:

• Did you see this vinyl at the regular O2 merch store outside the arena?

• Was it available at the merch stands inside the arena?

• If so, which stands/areas had it?

• Did it sell out quickly, and roughly what time did you see it?

• Was the tour merch QR code working, and was the vinyl available through it?

Unfortunately the pop-up isn’t an option for me since it closes on August 28th.

Any info from people who were actually there would be super helpful. Thanks!!

I’ve purchased ticket for the 24th August via Viagogo.
Viagogo system said the ticket has been delivered to AXS UK account under a specific email @goodhandcart.com. I have to create an AXS account with this designated email. While I attempt to create the account i’m unable to « verify » the email, since I have no access to this mail.
I called Viagogo multiple time they seem to not be able to do anything but they told me the ticket is there they will just need time and they assured me that my purchase is covered by insurance.

Is there anyone who have encountered the same situation?

Anyone else a bit sad that the vinyls are selling out in the first hour?? Feel like so many people are selling them on Vinted and eBay for triple the price.

I’ve got the first slot (12) on the 27th and am lowkey stressing cause everyone online is saying everything at the pop up is selling out!!!

Has someone used their O2 Priority to enter earlier/ or via a separate queue to the venue for the London concerts and a simple Standing ticket?

On the 16th of August me and my friend group went to the arena to watch the show. One of my friend's ticket did not scan successfully and the guy told him "oh it's probably been scanned before". We knew that was impossible so another staff member scanned his ticket again with their scanner and BOOM it was successful.

So if that ever happens to you, know that it is a glitch in their system. It is impossible to have duplicate AXS / O2 tickets so if someone transferred it to you, they cannot have it themselves still. Do not walk away, ask them to try again and again.

I’ve been a fan of Ariana for forever but didn’t think going to the tour was possible so didn’t try to get official tickets. I found out I’ll be in London last minute and stayed on the AXS app 24 hours a day for about a week until I gave up and bought viagogo tickets. I was very lucky and also researched how to buy safely and got sent my ticket straight away over to my AXS app. The ticket was advertised as clear view but I’ve been seeing on social media that people in my section / the section right next to it have an extremely obstructed view because of the lighting equipment despite buying clear view tickets.

Just to be clear I did not buy a ticket anywhere near behind the stage, mine is head on facing the stage.

I’m sat in 409 in a middle row, I paid £300 for one ticket. I I’ve seen on social media that the stage, screens and even the ending where ari ascends is potentially obstructed by lighting equipment depending where you are. I reached out to viagogo asking for a replacement ticket but they refused, saying they’ll compensate me if the ticket really is obstructed. They also gave me an email address to contact if I get there and it’s obstructed.

What should I do if I get to my seat and my view is obstructed? I’m planning to reach out to viagogo using the email address they gave me and then head to the customer services desk. I might also try the customer service desk on the lower bowl floor but I don’t know if I can get between the floors, I’ve never been to the o2 before. I’ll try again with the desks after the show starts if they say no the first time since lots of people advise that.

People have said row A-B are fine so I might move to an empty seat if there is one as a last resort once the show starts but I don’t want to get in trouble and I don’t want to be anxious about breaking the rules and getting caught the whole show.

I’m going to be on my own so that might help me with getting moved as I’ll be looking for just one ticket but I’m honestly worried about getting really stressed out trying to speak to customer service.

Has anyone sat in section 409 or 410 the last 3 nights and had an obstructed view? Were you told before buying if you got it from AXS or Ticketmaster? Did you manage to get an upgrade/a new seat that’s not obstructed? Does anyone have any advice on how to get upgraded/moved?
