WBJEE counselling registration and choice filling are starting tomorrow, and I am confused about my eligibility because my NIOS On-Demand Examination (ODE) result is still pending.

I appeared for my NIOS ODE in the first week of June 2026 for PCM,eng, comp sc. My last exam was on 11th June and I have my WBJEE rank, but I am worried that my NIOS result may not be available by the time of document verification/admission.

My questions are:

1. Can I register for WBJEE counselling and fill my preferred choices now, even if my NIOS ODE result is pending?
2. Will a pending NIOS result create an issue during seat allotment or document verification?
3. Can I participate provisionally and submit the final marksheet later, before the college reporting deadline?
4. Has anyone here taken admission through WBJEE using a NIOS ODE result or appeared in a similar situation?

I do not want to miss counselling because of uncertainty, but I also do not want to risk getting a seat that I later become ineligible for.

Please reply only if you know the official rule or have personal experience. Any guidance would help a lot.

I live in Siliguri. I am getting confused if I should take Murshidabad college of engineering and technology. Is it good? I mean I know depends on skills but still how is the campus? I can't find much reviews, please help.

Hey guys, can anyone tell me the fes required for CSE if I take admission through counselling? We talked with the admission incharge, he is saying the fees will be same even through counselling, is it true?

seniors, mates..I'm totally clueless about wbjee colleges and counseling,ik m too late to ask help but I really do need your time this time(I had diff aim previously but couldn't make it....)

Info: I Got a GMR of 13.9k(Gen,WB domicile,F)and my cousin 11.6k (Gen,WB domicile,F)

I have priorities: CSE,IT,ECE,BIOTECH,CHEM ENG <pref wise>

(same for cousin)

I heard HIT, TECHNO is good ,can I(13.9K) get any of CSE/IT there through SQ? If not me then my cousin? Can someone give me atleast recommendations of colleges with courses possible through SQ,me and my cousin can get?

also since I don't have any idea , can rank of 11.6k make it to any Govt college?

To the SENIORS, I will be grateful if any of you guide me or correct me about the courses i can choose, since it's matter of career/placement i really need your help🙏🏼
