Pick it up a few days ago, completely restored

Bought this in 1991. 1967 Fairlane 500 Club Coupe. Straight 6 200. 77k miles. Have the window sticker etc. It's been in cold indoor storage for 35 years. I'm bringing it home this summer. Thinking about a crate motor and old gasser style? Maybe hill climb it, lol! Sky's the limit. I'm not going to just tune it up, replace rubber, and cruise. Want it to be weird and unique.

Thoughts?

Any tips for getting the springs out? We've been trying for days.
