So I noticed something today about The Descent : Unrated. It wasn’t showing in MA for me even though I bought it a few years back. Turns out the version I have was delisted and a new 4K version was released on Fandango. Thought I’d post just in case anyone else runs into this issue. Since Versant purchased Vudu and made it Fandango I’ve had many issues with glitch’s or playback issues. Vudu used to have a customer service line that was based in America and was very responsive and helpful. Now it seems customer service has been shipped overseas and they seem entirely incapable of solving or helping with issues, instead they fish for personal information I’d consider excessive and kick the problem down the road incessantly. Now with my most recent issue (4k purchase of Mad Max Fury Road only showing in SD) they’re requiring I provide allll of my personal information and bank statements. Anyone else experiencing issues like this with them?

I just put the Fandango app on my LG TV and I started watching the free version of Underworld. At around the 20 minute mark, after the commercials, the movie restarts. Is this a problem with the movie, the app, or the free version (of any movie)? Has anyone else experienced this? Could it just be my TV?

On some older movies that you can get digitally, you have to put a disc into a computer drive then type a code somewhere, I don't have a computer and have found a bunch of my grandpa's old movies that I could redeem, but I can't find anyway to do it on just my phone, does anyone know a way? And no, fandango won't work, movies anywhere won't work, so idk what to do.

I downloaded several movies to watch over a long flight. None of the downloads worked until I connected to the Internet. Kinda defeats the purpose of a download doesn't it? Why do I need Internet to play my downloaded movie?

Is anyone else having issues with Disc to Digital?? I’ve already attempted to email them through their website once. Whenever I scan a movie and add to my cart then I go to the cart and nothing is there.
