Joe Jusko, ERB collection question. Tagged NSFW just in case.
Hey everyone. Awesome sub you have here! Hope you all can help with my question.
I am currently collecting the Joe Jusko, Edgar Rice Burroughs card set. All the cards are thick. Much thicker than Pokémon cards and about the same as modern baseball cards. I have been collecting the promo cards for this set and I bought one that is a bit harder to find. There is a promo (P5) that was recalled (not sure if it was before official release of the promo or shortly after), and I recently bought one. I immediately noticed the card is about half the thickness of every other card as well as promo from this set that I own. This could very well be correct for this promo, but there is so little information (virtually none I could find) about this set that I have no idea if this promo should be thinner compared to the other cards. The print quality and surface of the card look just like the others, but it’s about half the thickness. If anyone has any information at all about the P5 promo, or any info about this set it would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry for the terrible photo. I just could not get a good picture of the edges of the cards for comparison. The Tarzan card is the normal thickness of the cards. The Thuvia card with the woman is the card in question. Thank you all in advance!
