Despite their differences on Season 5, James and Alex B are cool now. They have collaborated on Kick stream post-tank and have a drinking stream coming up on Friday, June 5th. Links to their Kick channels:

Important to note: A lot of what Ghost says here is false. Landon was not planning on throwing parties in the apartment with a bunch of fishtank people. Landon would not cause any property destruction, he barely caused any at the Fishtank house other than the cactus, a dent in the confessional wall, some scuffs on the goo room door (after asking production who gave him the green light) and the jungle room door he helped James take down post-tank after production told them to because it had to be replaced.

Nobody from fishtank convinced Landon to take that job opportunity. He made that decision himself as he said. He wasn't going to dox the apartment or the "brick and mortar" business on stream. He does not even have a regular streaming schedule and would have only streamed from inside his room.

Ghost fails to mention it is a smokeshop he wants Landon to work full-time at for $10 an hour, which is around 40% less an hour than he was making doing janitorial duties at the college where he also received full benefits. He did not mention that he gave Landon no address in the days leading up to the moving date, or offer to help him move/relocate at all.

The only thing good about the offer for Landon was a free apartment. But who knows how decent the apartment would be, given Ghost's own living situation.
