Had done internship since one year in thales...after that nothing...what am I supposed to do please help 🥺🥺

I am a 3rd year CSE student getting into 4th year very soon, I have been actively applying from past 2 - 3 months. 250+ applications, 40% rejection, 15% 1st round (small startups), rest is silence

not even getting shortlisted after referral.

Not looking for generic advice. I genuinely don't know what's broken, whether it's the resume, the targeting, or something else entirely. Happy to hear hard truths.

No responses yet, i don’t even know where I stand

So I’ve been actively applying on job portals and company career pages, but I’m barely getting any callbacks. Most of the time I just get the usual “we’re moving forward with other candidates” rejection mail.

At this point I genuinely want to know what’s wrong with my resume. Could you guys please review it once and tell me honestly what I should improve?

Also, if you’ve managed to land internships recently, can you share what actually worked for you? Like how you got OAs/interview links, referrals, networking tips, off-campus applications, etc. Any advice would really help.
