Thoughts on the value? It’s in really good condition, maybe a couple scratches on the case, so I’m guessing that may hurt it, but has everything included!

All I know is that inside of this case is a single pamphlet, not even a disc. From my understanding that pamphlet is a steam key which is worth 180 on its own. This “physical” release was a part of a collectors edition based on the research I could find, and I had seen a listing from 6 years ago sell for 100, but that was before the game was delisted from steam, making the keys worth money
