Is it really intuition or is it conditioning?

Do we ever stop to wonder if what we call our intuition is actually our conditioned mind playing its part. That tight feeling in the stomach that recognizes fear, the rush in our chest when we “anticipate” something is happening, is all really reacting to the conditioning not our spirits.

I have turned this into a personal game. I’ve sat down and watched the emotions, the body, the mind and very often i catch them in the act! Lol trying to sabotage a conscious action or decision, and the “gut feeling” suddenly disappears right after I question its origin and purpose 😅

How do you guys differentiate real intuition from conditioning?

If everything you believed just stopped making sense and you don’t know what you are anymore.. read this

That feeling where nothing fits.

Where the whole framework you built your life around just.. stopped working and you can’t go back to what you were but you don’t know what’s forward either.

Most people call that a breakdown. I honestly think it’s the opposite. The confusion isn’t the problem. The confusion is what happens when something real is finally trying to come through.
You don’t need a new belief system right now. You just need a quiet space to actually look at what’s underneath all of it.
If you’re in this place and want to talk to someone who’s been through it, feel free to DM me. 🌱
