im looking to make this a downloadable file for a poster I wanna make but ai wont let me extract it, does anyone know how or could someone help me extract just the deigns and have it be a transparent background

Hi everyone! I am a complete beginner trying to learn graphic design and digital illustration on my tablet. This is my third project ever.

I did the entire layout, text formatting, and illustration fully inside IbisPaint X (no Canva used here!). I used a Pinterest photo reference to practice shading the coffee and croissant, but I drew the cake completely from memory without a reference.

I really want to improve. Could you give me advice on:

How to make the cake shading blend better with the style of the coffee and croissant?

How to clean up my layout alignment and typography text styling inside a drawing app?
