Hitbox controller broke?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I’m new to hitbox style controllers so idk where else to go. I bought a lightly used controller from a friend and one of the buttons fell out along with some metal brackets and a spring. I’m not sure if this is fixable or what to do about it really. I was in the middle of a set and it just popped out… any ideas on what to do? Where to get help? I don’t even know what brand it is because there’s no labels or anything on it…

My hitbox randomly stopped working mid-game and is not working anymore

I was playing Marvel Tokon and suddenly the controller stopped working. I blamed the game and closed the game. The next day my controller is still not working, I tried other games but no luck. Windows detects my device but when I do a button check (at joy.cpl) it doesn't detect anything. I've tried to open the controller and see if it was dirty but that wasn't the case. I've updated the firmware at the official website and yet it doesn't solve the problem, could be a cable problem? I appreciate all the help that you could give me, thanks!
