I was buying in eldorado os the game Honkai star rail wen I got home from work and opened the game I got to that the currency that I bought from eldorado got refunded and now I don't have my money and my account of the game is gona be blocked. In the image I show proof that the order that I did got refunded and my negative currency on the game. For the other player pls stop buying on the fasteasyseller is the that scamming. I tried to got contact with eldorado staff but they have only a bot helping people

Don't comit the same mistakes that me stop buying from sites like eldorado that only will help your account being banned
