This is new??? 😭😭😭

This is new??? 😭😭😭

I’ve never had this issue with any of my libraries!! Nothing has changed and I’m so sad! I just wanna listen to books. Has anyone else had this come up out of nowhere? I’m aware of what this technically means but maybe libraries can’t afford unlimited people borrowing anymore. Anyways rant over. Bummed as hell.

Book is unreadable on Hoopla, chapter heading images are present on every page and make reading text impossible

The book is Megamorphs #1: The Andalite's Gift by KA Applegate.

The book isn't available in browser, so I downloaded the Hoopla app on my android Pixel 10.

Each chapter has this huge "CHAPTER #" banner or heading, but instead of disappearing after turning to the next page of the chapter, the banner/heading/image persists over EVERY page of each chapter, allowing the text to be displayed DIRECTLY on top of the image, rendering it entirely unreadable.

I have no idea how to fix this issue, let alone how to report the problem or otherwise contact Hoopla. Is this a common issue across other titles or Hoopla? Any solution?

Need help

I can’t borrow books, it says to contact the library. I did they don’t know what to do. I’ve tried everything I’ve searched up. “Sorry our lending policy does not allow you to borrow this title”

How many hoopla accounts?

I have two separate hoopla accounts right now for two different libraries. I used different email addresses for each library.

Does it make sense to add more accounts for two more different libraries?

Do different libraries have different collections like on Libby or do all libraries have the same books and movies?
