I know a person who has been in the uk for over 20 years now. They came as a minor and have lived under the radar for that duration. (Managed to go to secondary school, but couldn’t go to uni without necessary ID, worked cash-in-hand jobs) they have applied for 20 year long stay visa and have not heard anything for over a year. Is this normal? Nothing to say they have been rejected even
