Tips on removing the frame?

Hello! I'm at the step where I have to remove the frame from the front plate. It seems to have a lot of resistance and I worry about forcing it. The logic board doesn't seem to be coming with the frame too. Is this normal? I'd appreciate any help you can give :,)

For reference, my model is the 160gb 6th gen. I've been struggling in finding resources for it online and I don't want to break it

Edit: I’m not trying to remove the frame from the logic board, I just need some advice taking the frame and logic board out of the front panel

I just got into modding and I’ve come across an issue…

So, I had an iPod 5th Gen sent to me with a white screen. I tried switching out the screen but it’s still white.

I had an old iPod 5 lying around with no battery and broken headphone and lock ribbon. I tried transferring the parts from the good iPod, but it hanged. I figured it was the parts not being compatible. It booted, when I removed them and restarted, then looped on the restart.

Now it’s just white again. Could it be a board problem or just the hard drive? Anyone encounter this before?

Name of this component?(Nano 3rd gen)

I wanted to see if i can relocate this component on my nano 3G’s motherboard and i cant solder it back to the motherboard. It seems to have had some thin metal pads welded to the actual contacts(which came off during the desoldering process) that made it possible for solder to stick to them. I managed to half solder it back to its place but now the backlight of the screen isn’t turning on(probably because the component doesn’t make full contact with the board). Anyone know anything about the values of this component or its name? Can i buy a replacement or am i forced to get a new motherboard?

Is this a good first iPod upgrade/mod plan?

My dad gave me his old 5.5 gen iPod classic and I plan to replace the battery with a 3800mAh one, buy an iFlash Quad and put in a 256GB micro SD (the quad incase I wanna upgrade), a black backplate with no storage engraving, possibly a black faceplate replacement (it already is black but it's kinda scuffed up and will get more scuffed when modding it), possibly a screen replacement (also kinda scuffed), and a black leather case that straps to your belt, covers you screen with a flap you can lift up to see the screen and scroll wheel, and has holes on top and bottom for charging port, hold switch, and headphone jack. I also might want to do a bluetooth mod but I am not sure as I've heard of it not working very well with metal backplates.
