Some Advice on Form (Again)

The first video was two weeks ago when my form was good, was barely tripping up, and was consistently getting into the flow. I was even faster and doing a bit with foot work. I was doing 15 min jump rope five times a week. However last week Thursday was the second clip and my form just went down hill. My arms were moving even though I was trying to not move them. Idk how my form went from better to worse that day. I whipped myself pretty badly after that day as well. How can I go back to using my wrists again and stop having flapping arms? Ive been doing jump rope for about 3-4 months so it was incredibly frustrating that my form got messed up. Note: Tried to practice jump rope form today and I felt so defeated. My form is still staying bad and whipped myself again so I decided to do a different workout instead. I don't like to give up but I'm at the point where I can't take it.
