Does anyone have an email or phone number I can call to get my JFL account sorted?

I'm trying to get tickets, but their system is not recognizing my password. And the password reset request never sends me an email (yes, I've checked spam). The account is attached to my cell number so I can't create a new account (it says that cell number is in use).

I've tried their online request form. I've tried 'info@groupejustepourdivertir.com' and 'info@hahaha.com'. Simply ignored - never a reply.

Anybody have any insight on where/who I can contact for help? Back before the new group took over there were numbers to call but the new owners are well ... unresponsive.
