Delivery rider uploaded a fake proof of delivery (!!!)
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED TO ME.
I'm a Shopee user but this time, we used Lazada for some purchases because of the better deals and availability of the items we needed. This particular order, came from China and everything was good so far. We were supposed to be leaving the same day we we're expecting this delivery kaya talagang hopeful kami na dadating siya before that.
For some reason, the delivery rider marked our order as COMPLETED. And the proof of delivery he put in is a photo saying "message me". I checked if may tumanggap from our family and wala naman daw. Two random numbers tried to call us once (I was busy doing something and my fiance is sleeping), but not one of them sent a message at least. Nung nagising na fiance ko, he tried to call those numbers and sent them messages. The delivery rider replied but we were trying to contact support already (which was a hassle too kasi pinaikot-ikot lang kami).
Eventually, he replied asking kung ano yung itsura ng bahay namin. After 2-3 hours, nahanap niya kami and we received our order. Mind you lumabas pa kami para abangan siya. Tapos nung inabot niya samin yung order, sabi niya lang "Ay dito pala". Tf.
Hindi ko lang maintindihan why the hell would he put in our order as completed, and upload a fake delivery photo in the first place? If hindi ba kami nag-attempt na i-contact siya, hindi niya na lang idedeliver yung parcel? Doesn't make sense to me.
Does this usually happen with Lazada?
