DnB project Showcase // Rivyirn - Need For Speed

I'm afraid people will say I use AI to make music (or that my music is made by AI).

AI has been a hot topic lately (especially with DnB playlists).

So I want to show you a showcase of my project. I hope you like it! ((RIP CPU 🙏))

Please follow me on SoundCloud, Newgrounds, and YouTube, that's where I post my music!

why is lmms not mentioned more?

I use lmms a lot and I find it weird that, while it has a solid userbase, lmms is seen as a gateway daw for more 'serious daw's. I used fl studio before and besides recording audio directly ( i just record in audacity and import to lmms ) there really is nothing I miss. VSTs, samples and soundfonts work fine, bundled instruments and effects have a lot of variety. why is lmms not taken more seriously when it can do what other daws can do just fine?

WIP video game beat thingy

5th reup after encoder battle lol i give up. tried to go for a Mega Man or cliche Video Game sound. does this still classify as chiptune or should the bitrate be higher?

how do you make music "fast"?

hi.

i am trying to learn music production. i have made like 3 songs in lmms. but i realised that one of my main problem is that my songs dont get faster or slower.

when i say "alright now i am ready to make the drop part of the song" i just use more sounds/samples because i do not know how can i increase or decrease the speed of the song.
