Looking for some kind of VTS Plugin for more Orchestral Music / sound like actual Musical Instruments.

On it's own that would be rather simple to accomplish, whoever there's a rather big problem of the L in LMMS. Most VTS Plugins are for/require windows only stuff. I've tryed using wine/ proton but in these cases the GUI of the VTS's plugins straight up break beyond usability. And on top of that all the good free orchestral music VTS require the use of thier proprietary software. And lastly the fact that my Buget for such things is a grand total of zero, dosen't help out much. I do have a external SSD with a rather broken windows installation on it, but it's always a hassel to use cus microslop be doing the slop and I want to keep my reliance on windows to a "only when absolutely necessary".

Can you Lads and Ladys help me out, pretty please :<

Seeking an experienced UTAU voice tuner and a composer for a "music artist utau project"

Before you get into reading this post, you may wonder what “utau” means, especially if you don’t know what that means. UTAU is a free software for vocal synthesis where you can create your very own singing voice using a voicebank recorded. The program allows you to put in the notes, and through the “UTAU tuner”, the pitchbend, vibrato, timing, and emotions are made so that it sounds like a real singing voice.

I already have my voice provider and we created a fairly good starter voicebank for this project. I also already have the concept which makes my project unique. I tried to make a song with my voicebank but realized that I don't have enough knowledge of UTAU apart from the basics.

There are two roles that I am looking for:

• LMMS composer/producer – You don't have to be a pro or anything but just experienced enough with LMMS. I'm also going to compose for this project but being new to music production I think it'll be better if I get a collaborator, to work with me

• UTAU tuner (the person who makes the voice sound) – Again not necessarily have to be a pro but just experience and skillful enough.

This is a passion project hence nothing in terms of payment. Just something huge that can be created by passionate individuals.

Age limit: 15-16 years old only. I am 15 years old and don't feel comfortable with collaborating with adults.

demos will be needed and a rule for this project is we all agree on a song idea. for nobody is left out.

Feel free to DM me if interested

Looking for a free guitar VST to get this specific sound from a "Hopes and Dreams" cover

Olá a todos!

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to find a free guitar VST (or Soundfont) compatible with LMMS that can recreate the heavy, distorted guitar tone found in a cover of Undertale's "Hopes and Dreams".

I really like the rhythm/backing guitar sound from that specific cover and want to achieve something similar in my own project.

Does anyone have good recommendations for free plugins, amp simulators, or soundfonts that can deliver this kind of tone? Thanks!

Is there any way to change the BPM of a song, while maintaining the original speed of the notes in the piano roll?

I have a song at 80 BPM that I want to change to 160 BPM because I need to have a faster drumbeat. Is there any way to change the BPM while keeping the speed of all the notes the same? (Effectively doubling all the notes in length)
