Gatwick to Mayfair, Mayfair to Stansted
We are going to London Mayfair via Gatwick for a few days then heading out via Stansted. I hear cabs are atrocious so we will take the train. Please advise routes and if we can just purchase tickets on the spot or if we should buy them in advance. Also, how much would a cab actually be?
