WT is wrong with the app. Constantly crashing

I can't even open the app anymore on Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.1 and whatever thew newest version of Luminar is. I've been contacting support for years regarding all of the problems I have with the app and those idiots don't even reply.

Zwei Rechner > ein Katalog Synchronisieren

Hallo Zusammen,
Danke euch.

Luminar 1.28.0 is now live 🚀

The biggest change: Catalog and Edit are now combined into one workspace.

That means you can browse photos, apply Presets, open editing tools, and review your edit history without switching between separate modes. We’ve also redesigned the navigation and sidebars to make the main features easier to find.

The update makes everyday editing faster: exports are up to 27% quicker, preset previews load up to 3.8× faster, and batch editing and masking use fewer system resources.

We’ve added support for new Leica, Panasonic, and Sony cameras, along with fixes for Catalog duplicates, export paths, RAW editing, white balance, and app stability.

Update Luminar and let us know what you think about the new workspace!

Why do JPGs look desaturated in Luminar?

Yes I mean JPGs, not RAW. I have tried many other apps to confirm this, first noticed it on Windows Photo viewer. But Irfan view, Paint.NET, Affinity even Firefox or whatever, they all look the same. I even compared it to my phone screen, iPad screen and TV.

But in Luminar JPGs get desaturated for some reason. The moment I open the JPG it looks normal for about half a second and then Luminar desaturates it. This makes Luminar useless for editing, because anything I do in there will look different on literally any other screen or app.

I've tried changing the monitors colour space and I've tried changing the Windows colour profile, nothing changes the fact that Luminar always looks different than anything else. If I adjust the colours in Luminar to something I like it might look super oversaturated outside of it.

Even if Luminar devs think this is a good "feature" then why not give us an option to turn it off?

Edit: I added a screenshot here. Luminar is on the left.
