Are there any banks hiring interns in the area?
I can't find any internships except remote companies wanting me to sell insurance. I'm trying to avoid that.
I'm a 23 year old Managerial Economics student, currently a senior. I have some intern experience from a venture company but that's it. I've been working in a retail company and it kinda sucks, I'm not doing much in that company where I can show growth or do anything. I'm really looking for something in person and in the area. I tried applying in the past but got denied. It doesn't have to be banking but anything in my field of interest with business.

20 yr looking for job
Looking for a job. I was a plumbing apprentice with A1 Plumbing for a little under 2 years. I got let go after an automobile accident. That’s the only real experience I have besides a couple of fast-food jobs. I’ll take anything, but I would prefer overnight stocking or a line job like Mr. Chips. I appreciate any suggestions. Rehoming Angus
NOTE: I hope it’s okay I posted this. I copy and pasted this from the post I made on the FB page for rehoming pets. I like their template at the bottom and felt it might be good info for anyone interested. But this is my post; just mentioning in case anyone recognizes it and thinks it’s odd.
Good morning friends,
We have thought a lot about this, and are making the tough decision of rehoming our 2yo Dane / Pitt mix, Angus.
We found Angus on the side of the road as a puppy where his owner lived in a trailer with a dog hoarding situation, and the owner tossed him over the fence into my arms when I questioned him on why his dogs were in the street on a back country road cars often fly down.
He is a great dog, but since becoming pregnant and having our first child, he has become very protective and guarding of our child and of us toward our other two dogs, who are older and are generally very non-confrontational.
He has never showed any resource guarding toward myself, my spouse, or our now 1yo; and does not display this behavior toward our spayed female, only our neutered 6yo male, who is much larger than him. We have tried separating, positive/negative reinforcement, etc, but Angus is by nature a protector and is an anxious dog.
He would do best in a home with only 1 other female, cats, or with no pets. He loves children and adores our son, and he is a big cuddler. He often will sit with our son during playtime and watch, or try to bring him toys even though our son is much too small to throw them yet. We have a fenced in acre of land at our home, and he does prefer having a dog door and has a habit of ‘patrolling’ at night; walking laps around the property.
We feel we have tried everything we could, and with us expecting another child & him coming into age at 2 yo, we are very uncomfortable with the idea of keeping him though we love him very much. We don’t think this behavior will get better and we worry it will get worse when our second born is here. He is genuinely a perfect dog around our female, and him and our other male have been neutered as early as they could’ve been, we think he may have something in his past that triggers this issue; or perhaps he just dislikes male dogs. But he is a very sweet, loyal, and intelligent dog and we feel he would do best in a much less stressful environment for him where he can just be Angus.

RF level: No fee, but we’d love to meet the potential adopter to talk more about angus with them.

Kid-friendly ear lobe piercings
Are there any tattoo/piercing shops in the area that offer to do ear lobe piercings on younger children (8-10)? I would like to avoid going to a Claire’s and using the piercing guns if possible.
Mainly looking for recommendations of shops that are cool with it and would be accommodating/friendly to my children as well.

Can anyone recommend the cleanest/safest hotel?
As the title says. My husband and I and two kids will be driving through the area in October on the way to the Carolinas. The Google reviews of the hotels in the area are freaking me out. Can anyone recommend a place? I have seen some fancier bed and breakfasts, but I don't necessarily need that and I'm not sure they'll take kids anyway. I prefer somewhere with no pets due to allergies in our family.

Where to get tires?
Trying to find a place to get new tires and not spend a fortune. I really wanted to spend around 300-400 but I’m not sure that’s going to be feasible with tire cost and installation. If anyone knows good places with cheap tires and/or installation please let me know. Also a lot of places don’t have prices listed on their website so hard to know how much they’re going to charge. Thank you!
