How am I doing?

First grow, it’s been tough as hell she’s been through so much but she’s a tough cookie and in her 5th week as of today. I learned so much on this journey, and I’m still learning, please let me know your honest opinions below, many thanks

Look at the spacing re cap

I was going to wait two weeks befor the update but I made some changes in the grow box. I moved my far red 30 from the wall and moved them down closer for under canopy lighting. But last week i went crazy on the defol and got crushes by the reddit hive mind.. So heres the last week befor and after pic after one week ice dream cake. Also have two gorilla runtz and one bannana pudding , that ones in reveg so it looks kinda mutated.

Wifi connection issue

Hi guys I'm really struggling to like mars hydro smart iController (not so smart) I'm unable to get the app to connect with the smart iController over my WiFi or ethernet, everything is setup correctly it's on 2.4ghz and I have also connected it via ethernet however no luck! the only way it connects is through Bluetooth and unable to connect outside of my house.

This is beginning to get very frustrating as the product are great but it's virtually useless if I can't control it via the mars hydro app! Please please help me fix this 😭

I have already verified:

Ethernet link is active.

Controller obtains an IP address via DHCP.

Controller connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Firmware is current (V4.4).

Factory reset performed.

Issue reproduced on multiple phones and both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Buying a used FC-8000 Evo and concerned about remaining lifespan.

A friend's friend is selling a FC-8000 EVO and it must be at least 2-3 years old. Is that enough time to degrade the diodes or the power supply, assuming it was run at full power? I can test it but all I have is a basic lux meter and no reference.

I'll use it in a 4x4 at 70-75%, so if I buy new I think I can use it for a long time but not sure about used.
