Texas G Round 2

These mostly happy girls were sampled and sent to the lab yesterday. ^_^

Week 3, day 4. They should be fully dine with their stretching so I will go in and do a bit of trimming tonight then start light defoliation in 4 days.

My bad for taking so long between updates!

Mars Hydro Dehumidifier Inconsistency

Just got the Mars Hydro Dehumidifier to tackle the insane humidity here in southern Ontario. It’s a good unit but I have some initial gripes:

- Noticed it does not “hold” or kick on when my preset humidity of 55% is hit, instead it gets into the 70% range before it turns on, then drops it down to the 50’s

- This is rinse and repeat, as you can see with my humidity graph fluctuations

- Yes I have it setup correctly despite the outside picture, the air duct at the top of the dehumidifier does route to the bottom of my grow tent inside

Would appreciate any insight! 🙏

She's bloody hot

The plug on my fc650 melted and the light is intermittent, I found a new plug of tbe same style but I can't remove it from the cable it's already connected to so I'm gonna summon up my inner Mcgyver and replace the whole wire with plug and all by disconnecting it from the driver, is this safe? Is there anything I should know like risk of electrical shock and looking like young Einstein..

The payoff 💸

Never discount how much data collection can help you manipulate the plant to a better end product.

This canopy is putting in work 🌱🔥

As you can see, these amazing plants have completely filled out the grow space, with strong flowering growth stretching across the entire setup... and all under a Mars Hydro grow light 📸

Reaching this stage is always satisfying, especially after all the hard work and patience it takes to get here!

What stands out to you most: the canopy, the structure, or how much the plants have filled out?

Mars Hydro iController - humidity not following setpoints (dehumidifier issue)

Hey everyone,

I'm running a Mars Hydro iController with a dehumidifier connected. My environment is set to 65% RH with a 2% deadband, but the tent keeps spiking to 75-78% RH and staying there.

This morning it was working fine. Now it's acting up again, last night did the same shit.

All connections are secure (RJ12, power, etc.)

Dehumidifier is connected to iController

Fan and other devices are working normally

Sensor is in a stable spot

Current readings:

Temp: 86.7°F

RH: 78.7%

VPD: 0.92 kPa

CO2: 261 ppm

I'm getting frustrated because it'll work for a few hours and then stop responding to the setpoint. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be a controller or app issue? Or is there a setting I'm missing?

Any help would be appreciated.
