Bet you didn't know microplastics increase the risk of having a heart attack or stroke! ☠️☠️☠️

Recent studies strongly suggest that microplastics and nanoplastics (MNPs) in the human body are associated with a significantly increased risk of heart attack and stroke. Research published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that patients with plastic particles in their carotid artery plaque had a 4.5 times higher risk of cardiovascular events, including stroke and death. - Google Ai

Who isn't concerned about their heart health, especially if you're over 40??? We must do something about this problem NOW.. and we don't just have to throw our hands up in defeat because TOXIC microplastics are EVERYWHERE. Join our community and help us put an END to plastic, by promoting pure PHA bioplastics! They're 100% organic, fully compostable and produce ZERO toxic microplastics! 🐢

Moscow Copper Mug

Anyone have an idea about this. I decided to charge my water using my copper mugs. I did pour water from evian bottled water into it and covering it for 12+ hours. When I take the top off I find things floating at the surface. I thought I hadn't cleaned them well enough so I washed them again with lemons, rinsing multiple times. I thought it might also be from the fabric covers they came with so I used foil instead this time. Again both mugs have floating things in them. So my question is could they be micro plastics? Or quite possibly the mugs aren't 100% copper which would irritate me as they were advertised as such when I bought them years ago.

I haven't used them in years and were stored in the origianl moscow mule box until a few days ago when I decided I need some copper in my life. I did just go out today and purchase water in glass bottles to see if it continues to happen like this. I have easily poured these floaters off, but Im wasting water at this point. Thoughts?
