Encoder Implementation/Output Devices

Endless encoders have no indents and no start or end and output CC - channel - value (0-127)

Current encoder implementation only allows a one keystroke for endless encoders which activates in both directions as it only has CC and channel.

Adding “value” as a third option allows a keystroke bind for (CC-channel-127) as the encoder increases and (CC-channel-0) as the encoder decreases, velocity and note on/off as as options for buttons would allow for a release to push option.

Adding support for output devices allows the app to work with loopMIDI which creates virtual midi that splits the main midi output to be used simultaneously with multiple apps.

Thanks

Feature Request:Volume fader usage issues

Thanks so much for this app! I'm on win10.The software is really good, but there's one issue. When using the volume slider entity to control system volume, because moving the fader from 0-99 too quickly causes frequent volume adjustments, it takes a long time to complete the volume control. The delay and accuracy can't be guaranteed. I suggest that after recognizing the fader, the software should smooth out the volume adjustment instead of adjusting the volume for every single 0-99 level of the fader. This is kind of like the smooth scrolling of a mouse wheel. Hope you can understand this need.

Thanks!
