Need a Name

Hey everyone! 👋

I need your help with something.

Many of you know me through Minimaa, but I've actually been building apps and experimenting with projects for years. As things continue to grow, it feels like the right time for a fresh identity.

I'm planning to rebrand the company as we expand. Two amazing people have recently joined the team and are already working on a brand-new project. Minimaa will continue to be a solo-developed app for the foreseeable future, but the studio itself is growing beyond just one app.

So... I'm looking for a new company/studio name.

I'd love something memorable, timeless, and flexible enough to represent all kinds of projects—not just minimalism. We'll be building different apps, experimenting with new ideas, and maybe even creating things beyond software in the future.

If you have a name in mind, drop it in the comments! You might think of something I'd never have considered. And if I end up choosing your suggestion, you'll get a little gift from me. ❤️🎁

Can't wait to see what you all come up with!

Please add the ability to allow more than just 6 apps.

This is the only gripe I have against this wonderful launcher. The end user should not be limited to just 6 apps on their homescreen.

I understand that this app is focused on minimalism and having too many apps on one's homescreen kind of defeats the purpose of minimalism. But I think the user should also have the ability to decide how they'd like to use the launcher and how many apps should be on their homescreen.

I'd all the apps I use on a daily basis on my homescreen. Calculator, gallery, camera, email and 4-5 more apps (apart from the ones in the screenshot). In my current setup, I am restricted by the app and have to launch the drawer, whereas having them on my homescreen would be MUCH more convenient.

Also (if I may), if one only wants a handful apps, there should be an option to arrange them to the center or bottom instead of having it at the top, which is a tad bit difficult to reach.

The app really screams how much thought and work has been put into building this great app. Thank you.

Made a better concept of my, On-Screen reminders suggestion

Sometimes a notification it's not enough, what if we have our phones silenced? That's where the On-Screen reminders comes in!

If your reminder has hit it's due time, or you are in the day of the reminder, this screen will appear! You can choose to check it or make it remind you later, if set to high priority, the remind me later button will need you to make some tasks in order to do so, just like in Detox.

There can be lots of other things on this screen, maybe a shortcut to the pomodoro? So you can get right in the task, if you like the idea, upvote this! I think this is really needed!

Security Verification Failed

Good day!

I really love this launcher, and I've been enjoying using it. However, after the latest update, it suddenly stopped working due to what appears to be a false security verification.

I'm using a Huawei phone, so I access Google Play through GBox. I installed the launcher directly from the Google Play Store via GBox and purchased it legitimately.

After updating, I started getting a "Security Verification Failed" message, and I can no longer use the launcher.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I'd really appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

In the new 1.2.10 beta, the home takes some time to load when closing apps

Aside the bugs, great update overall dev!

Change the color of the text & elements!

I myself find my wallpaper too distracting, but wouldn't mind to have some visual flare, the ability to change the text color would be great!

Searching for a site that has been listed to Web Detox does nothing, it just keeps adding up the times I've "opened"

And no it does not add the 30 minutes, if I open the browser and open reddit it prompts me again to do the challenges then it unlocks it

Keyboard Obscures both the Glance panel and the Notes app's to-do list

The virtual keyboard obscures the text input field within both the Glance panel and the Notes app's to-do list. I request a patch to resolve this overlapping UI behavior. Feature Requests: Implement an intent-based smart search (e.g., triggering Google Play by typing 'gp'). Enhance the visual prominence of the active alphabetical index letter during fast scrolling in the app drawer."

Search Bar?

I think it would look good to put a search bar for your trusted browser in the lower area
