So my girlfriend owns a small business of handcrafted stationary that focuses on therapeutic stationary items like notepads, gratitude journals, diaries, bingo cards, self care rituals, to-do lists and a lot more stuff for decluttering your thoughts. Hi, I'm an 18 year old will be moving in September for my undergrad.

Is it possible for me to get a good pg at 5k or under? At least at the nearest metro station?

Also, do pgs include food and other facilities within this cost only, or do i have to pay extra?
