team water
i feel like mrbeast has lost the plot. im mainly going to talk about the team water streams, and how he basically manipulated streamers in front of hundreds of thousands of people. the streams were a complete shitshow, and the people who actually donated to it (tens of thousands of people) have gotten no proof of these wells. mrbeast’s promises of charity have happened before, and numerous times, he has gotten called out on complete fucking scams. he’s used people in poverty for his own self interest.
point 1: where tf are the wells? AND the schools? he raises a hundred million dollars, and we see a couple schools and wells. this has happened over multiple years, and people will ride his dick and say “oh but he built 300 wells! don’t insult our king like that!!!”. i’ve done research. the wells built are not built in a sense that ensures long term stability. they are digging holes, finding water, and abandoning both the people and the wells, while making MILLIONS upon millions. i feel like at first the channel was good, but now it’s cgi bullshit paired with manipulative fundraisers.
point 2: it’s not legally a fundraiser. him and those involved are raising money, but they have no obligation to do any more then spend a couple million accomplishing their goal, building wells, and then they can just fuck off and mrbeast can put all the money back into his channel and bank account. he has been called out on not carrying out his promises SO MANY TIMES. why are people still donating?
point 3: he pressured streamers in front of hundreds of thousands of people without telling them before. the streamers get no benefit, and if they refuse to give him money, which we have little to no proof went to anything good, they get cancelled to oblivion. the streamer kai cenat didn’t donate, and mrbeast publicly talked shit and joked about him. mrbeast is NOT a good man. these people know nothing about the wells, where they will be built, how it will influence the natural geography of the locations, if the people actually need it, and even if the money will be put to good use. the choice that they were left with was have their money taken from them or get cancelled. is that really a charity? you can’t publicly defame someone for not giving you money when YOU HAVE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. his channel is worth billions, and he still steals and connives for more.
i feel like this is gonna be controversial, because a lot of people in this subreddit treat him like some sort of deity, but do some research, and look into it before you glaze him and make edits and all this stupid shit. he manipulates, takes advantage of impoverished people, and is still loved around the world. i have a pretty good feeling this might get taken down, so i’m gonna post it to multiple subreddits.
