Niagara Region new initiative

I’m a Niagara high-school student building a free initiative called Ambition Labs because I kept noticing how difficult it is to find genuinely useful opportunities for teens around the region compared to areas like Toronto. We’re planning sessions around subjects like financial literacy, careers and building real-world skills. I’m currently trying to find local high-school students who would actually be interested. What would make something like this worth attending?

I didn’t have a hot dog bun so I improvised with a breadstick. I regret nothing.

Fiancé built me a craft room 💓

Just had to share! The lights can be adjusted to any color when I’m working; the pink is just for the vibes. I am over the moon 🌙 now I can stop infecting the rest of our condo!

Edit: I’m seeing all of your lovely comments shouting out my big green flag of a fiance — I agree, I couldn’t be luckier 🍀 this was truly a labor of love.

Fozzie is free to fly 🌈

He was diagnosed with cancer in February and we did the best we could to get him another 4 months. At 6 months old he became my therapy dog when I came home from the ICU after a stroke in 2017. I don’t know what I’m going to do without him, we did everything together and he was always by my side.

Babyshower guests painted pinecones and affixed to driftwood on slate. Art for my baby who arrives in August

When putting together the palette of available paints I was hesitant to allow guests to use the nice metallics I use for painting miniatures. I'm glad I decided to as they add a magical pop. One more month until thee most magical pop happens! Soooo close. So excited and so so fatigued.

Garden Party!

16M, looking to host a garden party at my house next Monday!

I’ve already gone onto Pinterest and created a board with different ideas that i want to do, it’s at my house but im co-hosting with one of my girlfriends.

My idea that ive envisioned is that i want to go pink. Very fairytale, tea party/garden party. My role model for this is Lisa Vanderpump off of RHOBH (iykyk), and I want to incorporate that into my hosting skills.

If anyone’s ever done anything similar, do you have any suggestions or ideas that i can do? With this, i mean with hosting skills, activities to do, food/drinks (everyone’s bringing their own boards, each one has a category). How do i be a good host? Obviously I’m only 16 so you can assume correctly that this is the first time I’ve done anything like this, but this is how I wish to pursue my hang outs with my girls from now on.

The party starts at 11:30AM but unsure on when it will end, as mum will be home from work around 6pm ish.

I’ll attach photos of the kind of thing i have in mind! Any tips or tricks would be much appreciated!!! 🩷
