Hi, guys, can anyone help me look for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, or a studio? I know this is going to be funny, LOL, but my budget is around $995 for the studio to $1100. Unfortunately, that's all I can afford for the base rent. I work in Winter Garden and go to Valencia West Campus College. No unsafe neighborhoods, please. While I do want to get out of a toxic family, I also don't want to put myself in danger lol.Safety is very important for me i wont mind to drive a bit far for work of school.

I found a few if anyone can tell me about them weather its safe or is there any other problems it will be helpful :Pacifico apartment, bellagio apartment, colonial garden apartment

We’re 3 make post-undergrads with full-time jobs but we’re open to any roommates, we’ve lived with guys and women before.

Would be a shared bathroom, strict no pets order from the landlord
