I'm wondering baka napalitan na ang mga parts but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt na baka nag wholesale lang talaga sila ng mga secondhand aircon. They're pricing is quite competitive, but not too low din naman. And the units look decent, even pristine.
Hingi lang sana ako ng advice. Balak ko kasi bumili ng TV para sa Mama ko and nag check ako kanina sa may SM, nakita ko yung brand na LG, for 55 inch, naka UHD 4k AI TV na siya. 28k if straight payment and 32k naman if installment then 2.7k smth sa 12 months. Sabi, may 5% discount daw.
I'm thinking if okay ba yung brand ng LG for TV? May mga hidden issue kaya or oks naman? I-pang YT, Balita and Netflix lang naman siya ng Mama and kapatid ko. Gift ko sana sa kanila.

I need them mainly to communicate with our delivery drivers while they’re out making deliveries, as well as family members that manage our rental properties.
Because everyone won’t necessarily be within traditional walkie-talkie range, I started looking at 4G/SIM-based PTT radios like the TIDRADIO units I’ve been seeing online.
What confused me is that some listings say the service is free for only 1 year, and after that you have to subscribe through an app?
For those who use these for their businesses:
- How do these 4G/SIM PTT radios actually work?
- Do I need to put a SIM card with a data plan in every radio?
- What exactly is the 1-year free service for?
- What happens when it expires, is the subscription worth it in the long run?
- Do I have to keep using the manufacturer’s app/platform, or can the radios work as a standalone?
- Can I set up one private group so my drivers, property managers, and I can all communicate?
- Can I also create separate groups, e.g. one for delivery operations and another for property management?
I basically want something that works like a normal walkie-talkie—press a button and immediately talk to the team—but that can work over longer distances since our drivers and other family members can be in completely different locations.
Reliability and ease of use are more important to me than getting the cheapest option. I also want to understand the recurring costs before buying several units.

I’ve been using Belo’s Intense White Antiperspirant, but I’ve noticed that my underarms especially my left underarm, have become darker while using it so bumalik ako sa old spice temporarily. I’m not 100% sure if the product is the cause, but the timing made me suspicious, so I’d like to switch to something gentler. I’ve also used several products from the Old Spice Red series (using one right now as stated). They work for odor, but I’ve noticed that they stain my clothes, especially my white tank tops, which is becoming really annoying.
idk whether the darkening is actually caused by the Belo product or by irritation from deodorant/antiperspirant in general or whether aluminum itself is something I should avoid, or if other ingredients (such as fragrance) are more likely to be irritating.

I've been looking for a sling/crossbody bag na mainly gagamitin for travel pero di pa rin ako nakakita ng gusto ko talaga. Syempre dapat matibay at comfy dalhin tapos kasya main travel essentials like tripod, umbrella, powerbank at water bottle or tumbler. Sana rin naka-zipper yung main compartment.
Closest na nakita ko na pasok sa criteria ay Bagsmart na sling bag. Di ko pa siya binibili kasi baka may mas ok na option.

Hello everyone! Please help me decide between these tote bags.
Gagamitin ko siya as an office bag, and kapalitan existing back packs ko. Lately kasi, napansin ko na mas prefer ko ang tote bags kesa back packs.
I originally have one tote bag na, kaso it has limited pockets kaya sikip and siksikan sa loob ng iisang main compartment ang mga gamit ko. Like, for me kaya ko siya and hindi masakit sa balikat but ang issue ko lang talaga is the lack of pockets kaya gusto ko siya hanapan ng kapalit.
About Bagsmart and Bash, almost 1k ang difference nila depende sa vouchers. With Bash, I can extend my budget naman and I really love the design and material. But with Bagsmart, in this economy malaki na ang 1k diff. Haha. Pero ayun, mayron ang Bagsmart backpack and gusto ko rin quality nun so if okay naman na 'yung tote bag nila, I can save at most 1k din.

Pa-recommend naman po ng scented candle na affordable, mabango, and talagang nagtatagal yung amoy kahit hindi na sobrang tagal nakasindi. 😭 Preferably yung worth it talaga sa price and hindi yung amoy lang habang malapit ka sa candle tapos nawawala agad kapag nasa ibang part na ng room HAHAHA.

Kaya naisip ko baka scented candle ang kailangan ko para kahit papaano magkaroon ng relaxing atmosphere habang nagpapahinga, nag-aaral, or just staying in my room.
