Looking for a 2BHK Unfurnished Rental in Tricity (Family of 2)

Hi everyone,
My wife and I are looking for a 2BHK unfurnished house/flat to rent anywhere in the Tricity area.
Requirements:
- Budget: Preferably 8k to 10k/month (can stretch slightly for the right property)
- Family of 2 (husband & wife)
- Both of us work from home, so a peaceful area with a reliable internet connection is important.
- Dedicated car parking
- Owner-free floor or apartment/flat, both are fine.
- Good water and electricity supply.
Preferred locations:
- Mohali
- Chandigarh
- Kharar
- Zirakpur
- Dhakoli
- Panchkula
- Pinjore
One more requirement: there should be a DTDC office within 2–3 km (up to 7–8 km is also fine if the property is good), as we frequently use courier services.
