Nearly $7,000,000 spent in PA-03 Democratic primary.

The Democratic Primary in Pennsylvania's 3rd district will likely be one of the most expensive in the state.

Three candidates are running to replace retiring Rep. Dwight Evans and two have already accepted corporate PAC funds, an unusual move prior to a primary.

Nearly $4,000,000 in Super PAC money has been spent on the race, with the vast majority coming from 314 Action in support of Ala Stanford. A recent investigation from Drop Site News found that in this race, 314 Action is likely acting as a pass-through for AIPAC-related funds.

The primary is Tuesday, May 19th.
