I've had it.
I bought an S7 after looking at automatic litter boxes for months. My main reason was the low height. Loved it so much the first month I bought one for a friend as a thank you gift for something she had done for me. Now it dumps all the litter down underneath itself or out the side, leaves the bin open, and won't go back down, leaving the box inaccessible to my cat.
Support said I may need to take the whole thing apart and check the motor and the interface blah blah blah... And maybe the motor is broken and they'll send me a new one. I shouldn't have to do all this for a 700 dollar product? Like... I didn't design it, I didn't build it. Why am I taking it apart after two months because they had a shitty update that told the box to break. I am beyond irate. I know the solution is to dedicate several hours to taking apart this piece of junk and putting it back together, but I literally did that Sunday to clean all the clean litter that it dumped all within itself.
And now I have to eat crow when my friend's box randomly breaks itself that I bought her a gift that is a raggedy piece of shit.
