I’ve had these things for two weeks and they’re the worst earbuds I’ve ever owned.
They constantly pause on their own the left one disconnects and reconnects at will the ear loop is microscopic and the bud part that goes in your ear is horribly uncomfortable.
I’d rather pay $200 bucks to get my old Powerbeats fixed than keep using this trash.

Anyone have a good recommendation to replace these new ones with??

Hi, I’ve bought my Powerbeats pro 2 on Apple official website, got a charging issue in which one of the earbud will not always charge even when put it in correctly, sometimes I even have to press them in for it to work even after cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. So I’ve gotten them replaced by apple and I was left out without earbuds for a week for the gym and I received new ones. The issue is still there even though the sound quality is much better. Is that normal?
