Delayed payouts

Has anyone notice a delay in payouts. I was able to cash out yesterday only $3 and they were slightly delayed not by much, but today I have tried cashing out $5 to Venmo and $5 to PayPal and it’s taking a lot longer than normal. I attempted the Venmo cash out at 11:15am and it’s 1:40 pm now and still nothing. I just attempted the PayPal payout like less than 20 minutes ago so I am not expecting anything. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed a delay in the payouts. I double checked the Venmo payout was correct and keep tracking the status and my information was correct.

App doesn’t allow landscape mode

I’m using the iOS app and there was a survey that asked me to switch to landscape mode, but because the app locks everything in portrait, I wasn’t able to continue with the survey. Frustrating. Please fix this.

My Experience

I have been a longtime Prime Opinion user while I have been in school. I am financially supported by my parents but having some form of income is big for me (and due to the intensity of my degree I need flexible hours). Survey sites and task-based pay sites have always been the best option for me, not major money but it does give me a level of independence. I am producing this message due to how utterly horrific certain parts of the journey have been.

Take with it what you will as a continuing user, you may call me a hypocrite for pointing out the issues but still continuing to use it, but considering my situation there are very few alternative income options for me until I graduate and get my degree. I also have a chronic illness and require paying for medical bills, it limits my job options and even with financial support from my family, making my own form of income provides some sense of independence and accomplishment, even if it may be small.

I find the surveys are tolerable, do the screen outs get annoying, yes, is it annoying when you lose a really long streak since there are no surveys available to do, yes, but they are tolerable. My issue comes down to the games and offers. The games and offers they hand out are borderline predatory. You may argue that you are given all the information to start, it is your fault if you cannot complete them, but Prime Opinion support does whatever they can to keep you participating while stopping themselves from playing.

I have done it a few times and after the third I have decided to stop since it is not worth the effort. You will often start an offer (especially if it is one that requires you to purchase something like minimum $3 purchase or whatever) and they will ASSURE you that it was tracked it and you just have to wait 72 hours. I have always notified moment of participation/completion and they always tell me that it shows completed on their end and I just have to wait 72 hours, but the most important thing they tell me is to keep playing/participating in the offer and I will receive my reward. 72 hours comes up and low and behold nothing and they tell me there is nothing they can do. For purchase offers in specific, if you notify google/apple right away you can refund, I have done it before, which is why I always contact Prime Opinion the moment I notice and they have always assured me to wait, but then I do and my money is gone I can no longer refund.

I understand that the support are just ai chatbots, no matter how much they assure you they are human, but that is part of my issue as well. This company deals with payment for 'labor' and financially investing yourself into these tasks then refusing to pay. The way this company treats its users you would think they are a health insurance company, they are predatory, they prey on the desperate, and they try to squeeze as much out of you as you can. If you want to use this app, no matter how tempted, skip the games and offers and just randomly click through surveys (if you actually try and pay attention you will get frustrated fast, why give attention and effort to a company that does not care about you, just randomly click through them).

Edit: Before I forget, if you want to know how much I have earned all in from my 4 years of doing this, it is about 2,900USD (that includes focus group payments I have gotten from taking surveys on the app). So as a new user if you are looking for a solid number to know how much you will get out of this, that is that and I try and use the app whenever I can.

1,000-day streak on PrimeOpinion: Expectation vs. Reality 🤡

So, I finally did it. 1,000 days in a row of sharing my thoughts, answering surveys, and dodging disqualifications. I was half-expecting confetti to shoot out of my phone, or at least a digital high-five.Instead, I got... absolutely nothing. Just the same old "no surveys available" screen. 💀Turns out my extreme loyalty is rewarded with a grand total of zero bonus points. Anyone else hit this milestone and felt the urge to gently toss their phone out the window? 😂🤣

Tips for taking surveys.

I've been doing surveys for over 6 years and have made a solid amount of money from them. During that time, I've learned a lot, and I'll share a few tips here.

The first thing to understand is that survey companies are looking for specific types of people. Certain profiles qualify for more opportunities, including higher-paying surveys.

The most surveys are available between Tuesdays and Fridays, this is when the market researchers are the most active.

Always try to open multiple surveys at once to catch them before they disappear from the dashboard.

Do surveys in incognito mode so surveys dont save cookies, this means you can retake the same surveys. Also, you can change your Ip address via mobile hotspot to retake the same high paying surveys.

Always cash out at the minimum! You don't know when your account can be banned.

This is just a small part of the advice I share in my survey community. If you want access to it, send me a DM.

Games conveniently not tracking rewards

I don't think I'll be using this application anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone to waste their time and effort. Sure it will track the low paying rewards but I decided I would casually play the game "Whiteout Survival" and work through their rewards. I hit "Furnace Level 24" last week and was supposed to be credited 10$ USD for completion, of course this didn't track and I contacted support and after waiting the week like they asked it seems like their response has been a theme with them. "SORRY ITS NOT OUR FAULT WE UNDERSTAND WHY YOU FEEL SCAMMED" I've never been more infuriated with an application.

DO not waste your time with Prime Opinion!!!

DON'T USE

Prime opinion is the biggest scammer out there. I have had 4 instances where I was told it wasnt tracking or there was a glitch. They have cheated me out of over $75 and refuse to pay me. I really hope everyone stays away from them and they shut down. I know it is wishful thinking but I am so mad right now I want everyone to know how they cheat you out of your earnings by not paying you. If you do use it good luck because you are going to need it when it comes time to get your money. Just food for thought!

Getting screened out at the very end of a 40-minute survey is starting to feel like a scam!

Let's talk about the massive amount of time wasted trying to complete surveys, only to get hit right at the very end with messages like:

- "The survey provider has closed this survey."
- "There are no more spots left."
- "Unfortunately, they already have all the responses they need."

That second one is especially stupid. How are they going to wait until I finish the entire survey to tell me there are "no more spots"? There are SO MANY MORE variations of these BS messages. I’ve been using Prime Opinion for about a year now, so I know this is considered "normal" here. But today it happened to me over 10 times on surveys that took between 15 and 40 minutes to do. It is absolutely horrible.

It's unbelievable that Prime Opinion NEVER takes responsibility. Everyone here knows that the moderators will always find a way to blame the survey provider. Nothing new there.

Honestly, lately, this feels like a straightup scam between the platform and the survey providers. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to me that Prime Opinion and these providers cannot develop some sort of basic system where a survey simply stops showing up for people the second it closes or fills up. Why let us waste our time and have a miserable experience?

I completely understand why this platform gets so many complaints now. It seems like they have absolutely zero interest in working things out with the providers or implementing a technical fix to stop this from continuing to happen.

Underdog Sportsbook Review: Is It Legit?

I'm looking for an underdog sportsbook review because I want to start placing some bets on the games this weekend but I'm worried about getting scammed. I've been seeing their ads everywhere and the interface looks pretty clean but I don't want to deposit my hard earned money if I'm going to have trouble getting it back out.

I was reading some threads earlier and saw people complaining about their accounts getting locked right after they won a few thousand dollars which sounds super sketchy to me. There were also a few mentions of withdrawals staying pending for weeks or just getting canceled without any real explanation from their support team.

I really just want to find a place where I can enjoy the games without stressing about whether the site is actually going to pay out when I win. Has anyone here actually used them for a while and had a good experience or should I just stick to the bigger names like draftkings or fanduel instead?

Didn't mean to

So it seems everyone has an opinion about me voicing my opinion about prime opinion. This is what it comes down to, I have lost money on that app 4 different times this last one was the worst. Anyway, agreeing or disagreeing everyone's experience is going to be different, not everyone is going to dislike them and not everyone is going to like them. Yesterday I was extremely mad because even before I started my conversation with their chat team I knew what was going to happen because this is the 4th time it has happened. But I did give them a chance to fix it and by fixing it I mean give me the money I earned but instead I got $2.00. not even close to what was taken from me. I just don't understand how the app could track that I installed the game, didn't track my first purchase but tracked my second purchase but not my third and none of the levels I was finishing. That sounds fishy to me. Anyway, I apologize to prime opinion for being so harsh with my words, I also apologize to everyone I offended. What I won't apologize for is standing up for what I believe to be true in my case, but all cases are different. I am still holding out hope that they are going to give me what I worked for but I don't think that is going to happen, if it does I will let you know. So again download and play at your own risk, I wish you all the luck in the world but, when you don't get paid for something you know you did, be prepared to be disappointed. And with that a bid you all have a good day and win big or at least have fun trying..
