I meant to post this sooner. I've decided to post this today to give some motivation to anyone who needs it to keep going & stay the course. Patience is lacking Same pants! I also broke my 4 month stall and finally entered the 160's!!! You can do it too!
So just hit the 4-month mark food. Nose is still non-existent my partner has just started her journey. Think I want to lose another 3 to 4 stone, before potentially looking at a bulk which would have been impossible before reta. Any advice? Or has anyone had any experience doing this?
Lost 78 lbs on Terz over 3 yesrs. 26% of my body weight. Most lost in one month was 16 pounds in month 2. Started at 10 mg Terz via doc and scrip. $105/90 day supply. Now I am stuck with about 25 to go. Food noise bad and a voracious appetite. So here is my start of Reta and weaning down of the Terz.
week 1-2. 10 mg terz
1.5 mg Reta
week 3-4. 8 mg Terz
1.5 mg Reta
Week 5-6. 6 mg Terz
2.0 mg Reta
Week 7-8. See how it goes.
On week 3 now. So far no changes but I feel warmer all the time and no gi issues. So I am pretty sure it’s working.
Maybe add Tesa after week 8
