What’s a green flag you immediately look for in a sales interview?

Everybody talks about red flags in sales orgs, but what’s something that instantly makes you think:

“okay, this company probably knows what it’s doing.”

For me it’s when they can clearly explain:

- ICP
- average sales cycle
- why reps succeed/fail
- realistic ramp expectations

The worst interviews are when leadership just keeps saying “the opportunity is huge” without giving any actual numbers or process clarity.

Curious what green flags other people look for now.
