Just received the new Scuf omega and the headset volume is significantly lower than when same headset is plugged into my standard PS5 controller. I’m wondering if it has to do with what looks like the 3.5mm jack not going in completely flush(flawed design on bottom of controller) maybe not🤷‍♂️. Wondering if anyone is having the same issues or if theirs is working just fine.
