Exam retake waiting periods
Starting on January 4 if you fail the Series 63, 65 or 66. For the third time, you only have to wait 60 days.
The first and second are still a 30 day wait which I am in favor of, but that’s the third time. You only have to wait 60 days.
It is NOT in effect now …it is in effect on January 4
