Can someone tell me why Set Active is selling a bunch of items by just showing virtual sketches of the items and not the actual item itself? and has the audacity to also make these items FINAL SALE? Smells scammy to me.

It’s been 3 weeks since I sent an email to Set Active customer service regarding poor quality of my recently purchased items and haven’t heard back. What should I do? I included my order # in the title and did not send any additional email since so it doesn’t send me back to the end of the line 😐 I’m so angry that this point I just have 5 trashy set active items sitting in my closet that pilled and bled after one wear 🙂🙂🙂

I have zero self control when it comes to “limited edition” items. I do the Hermes thing, and recently I purchased 16 of the same limited Chanel lipgloss. I think I have lost it. My first set active “set” was the valentines preorder and this is what I’ve acquired since. Anyone else in this boat that seems to have no end in sight?
it’s crazy how many sets are being sold on depop for $100+ that are clearly worn and with bad pilling. use your free will but also let’s be realistic here.
I am absolutely shocked at how terrible the customer service in person & over the phone.
Went in the NYC store yesterday to pick up a set for my friends birthday, she loves to workout! Store had limited stock, and it’s my first time 1) in the store 2) looking at anything from the brand. Even for it being a tiny store - I couldn’t get anyone to help me 🤣 my question about sizing was answered begrudgingly but she seemed like she really didn’t want to be doing her job.
TLDR, the receipt for the purchase was never emailed to me and she said she couldn’t print a gift receipt (or any) - and to just forward the email to my friend if she wanted to exchange for a better size. Email never came thru, called the store today to get them to resend it so I can share it with my friend, and I’ve been on “hold” for 50 minutes… I’m sure if I stayed on they would leave me here until they close for the day!! Now maybe the shop got slammed and they have a line out the door - but I feel like quickly taking me off hold to say I’m so sorry, we’re so busy - can I call you back later would’ve made this acceptable.
From what I’ve read, sounds like I’ll have a hard time reaching them via email for any type of help 🤡 let’s hope the set fits my friend so she then doesn’t have to deal with their 30 day BS exchange rule, when I finally get my receipt 🤩
I’m super bummed because I got my blue Reef set in the mail yesterday from the Gone Bananas drop and unfortunately the fit is awful on the sides. it’s almost like the waistband is too big for the shorts which creates a weird crinkly pooch when you put them on. see pic. anyone else have this issue? Waiting for reply from customer service regarding getting the restock fee waived.
Ummm… I spent over 120 dollars of my TYB points and got the most shit quality clothes, so yeah I returned them. Now the AI assistant that they have told me that they don’t refund TYB points. Professional scammers!!!
