I finished high school in August 2025. However, getting documents apostilled in my country is a long procedure and usually takes a couple months. The website clearly states that for the certificate to be accepted, it must have consular or apostille verification. Should I not apply at all?

Similarly, my parents don't have passports while it is required according to the guide.

I desperately want to find a good room BUT my budget is only 450000 KRW per month for a Room. I don’t really like goshiwons. I am looking for a share house.
