My first Baritone, but my 4th Solar now. As lefty's, we don't get many options by other brands so I'm always grateful to Solar for at least having a few for us.

Hi. Ich wollte mir demnächst eine neue 7 String zu legen.
Und zwar handelt es sich dabei um die Solar Guitars S1.7AHLB Lime Burst Matte
Optisch gefällt sie mir mit Abstand am besten im Solar Sortiment, die Mensur passt auch und Fishman Fluence Mordern wollte ich so und so mal probieren.
Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit den hipshot Brücken und den fluence mordern??
Was sagt ihr dazu?
Hat damit schon jemand Erfahrungen gemacht?

Edit1: I see people want me to test this, so I will, just need a few days! I was able to use it when I jammed with my buddy yesterday, and for the most part it felt good. I have to do a direct comparison to the Digitech drop though to really tell.

For my rig, I have the Helix Floor (not stadium), and I also have the Tonex pedal to test.

We actually tested using my buddies bass, and it struggles on the 5th string on his bass, lots of artifacting. It was also tuned down to G#.

On a quick note, I noticed some artifacting in the higher register, G string and down, but its not bad. I also didn’t feel it hindered my playing, so that’s a good sign of decent latency.

Will update more when I can do actual tests!

A Solar AB2.7 BPM, my first ever 7 string. No QC issues at all, a real beauty. After 2 matte finish guitars this is a pleasant surprise. Stays in tune, the stock pickups are more than enough, couldn't be more pleased in this price. Around 720€ directly from their online shop.

I thought maybe I'd regret this purchase. Y'know, it arrives and just feels and plays like a regular guitar. It doesn't. It's sick as hell, screams like a mofo. And it's smooth as hell to play, even with 9's (I play 7's). I'm gonna eventually swap out the Floyd Rose for my Sophia tremolo 2:92. But it's so hard to right now cause it sounds so good.

Unfortunately, the intonation is terrible so I’m gonna have to do a set up but love the blacked out look
