canada coaching (BC)

Hey all, I have been out of the coaching game for almost a decade but have had a recent opportunity pop up for a coaching job at a new pool. I have moved several times and have lost my certificates! I seem to recall that there was a website that had a list of certified coaches and their coaching number but I can't seem to find that anywhere anymore either. Any tips as to how to get copies / confirm my certifications? TIA

Is it possible to start at the age of 18?

Hello!

I've turned 18 this year (2026) and my interest to diving has increased. I've always liked water and water sports but never really had the chance to have a "real" hobby.

I've played football, danced ballet and did cross country before. I think I've lost quite a bit of my fitness (escpecially with running) and strength. I can do a handstand if someone holds my legs and a headstand and forward roll and flip on my back on a trampoline but that's pretty much all my skills.

But anyways, do you think it could be possible for me to learn to actually dive? Not to Olympics level or to D1-level or sum but just generally speaking. Maybe to some little competitions, too? Thanks for anyone who actually reads this, really appreciate it. If you have any tips/etc. I will gladly read them.

(and sorry for language errors, English is not my first language...)
